If you’re no novice in the gym and know your way around with ease, a gym programme that is designed to help you bulk up in an hour is what we will introduce to you, yes, each session in the gym will be no more than an hours work at a time. We understand our clients have busy lives, family and work to tend to so we are methodical with the exercises and sequences that we employ to get you lean, mean and ready for your next session.
Upon payment you will be invited to an exercise session for a fitness assessment with Hanif that will ensure we’re happy to progress with the programme. We recommend using this programme for 12 full weeks before progressing in the programme.
